How can I pay for the premium?
Your Insurer Premium can be paid interest free over 12 monthly instalments by Direct Debit.
Your Administration fee must be paid at inception of the policy by Cheque, credit/debit card or Bank Transfer.
What do I do in the event of a claim?
If you need to make a claim, you should immediately contact your advisor directly on 01992 669737.
If this is not possible, then please contact the insurer directly on 0208 315 0732 Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm or email accident.claims@hiscox.com.
What do I need to disclose to my insurance broker?
You must take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation to any insurer. This means that all answers you give and statements you make as part of your insurance arrangements, whether written or verbal, should be honest and accurate. If there is any deliberately or carelessly misinform to the insurers, we must advise that this could mean that part of or all of a claim may not be paid. If in doubt about whether something is relevant, you should disclose it.
How easy is it to add new members to my policy?

What placement fees are charged to my policy?
Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge for advice given, we only charge an annual administration fee at inception of the policy.
